Registration and Abstract Submission Form
When submitting your abstract by email, you must also send the Registration and Abstract Submission Form completed.
If you are simply a conference attendee, please complete the same form (leaving the abstract title blank) and submit it to the Conference Secretariat.
You will receive confirmation of your submission within two business days.
Please download the Abstract Template and use it in preparing your abstract.
The abstract format guidelines are summarized in the following Table:
A4 (297mm by 210 mm) – vertical orientation
Margins 2.2 cm top, left, right and 1.8 bottom
The abstract CANNOT EXCEED ONE PAGE
Title: 16 pt Calibri Font, bold, upper case
Author names: 11 pt Calibri Font, bold
Presenting author: Underlined
Affiliations: 10 pt Calibri Font
Body text: 11 pt Calibri Font, justified
Acknowledgements: 11 pt Calibri Font, justified
Submit by email your abstract together with the registration and abstract submission form to the Conference Secretariat. Each abstract must be accompanied by the corresponding registration and abstract submission form.
A 4-page manuscript should be submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
